0.86.1 Minor Fix/Optimization!

This is a minor fix/optimization. I discovered a callback that I used to detect when memory is running low on Windows and Linux, so instead I wrote some custom code to detect this. If you've run a bunch of mods and/or have a device with little RAM, this update should help make the game run better. It also fixes a bunch of bugs and adds some features for modders to use.
Small:
The game will now attempt to free up memory if available memory becomes low. It used to rely on unity's lowMemory callback, which sucks and doesn't work on Windows and Linux.
Fixed an issue where the game would not launch if you changed the volume on a device running in a locale where floating point numbers use a non-period format as the decimal separator.

Fixed an issue where translations would display incorrect dialogue in the second karaoke event.

Modding:
You can now access many game resources using the "R" variable (R stands for resources). It's not as useful now, but it will be in the future. For example:
R.Sound - All sound effects used in the game.
R.Music - All music used in the game.
Methods added to ItemPrefab:
SetRainbowShader() - causes the element to use the rainbow shader, like in rainbow hair.
SetMovingTextureShader(IReference textureReference = null) - causes the element to use a moving texture shader (default uses a galaxy texture, like in galaxy hair, but any texture can be assigned)
ModUtlities.GetAsSprite() is now deprecated and calls a new method internally. ModUtilities.GetSpriteReference() also changed the TextureOverriderManager to use resource references instead of resources for backwards compatibility.
Added ModUtilities.GetTextureReference(Guid modGuid, string path) which returns a texture reference that can be used in e.g. SetMovingTextureShader
In advanced mod editor:
Added a way to combine packaged texture containers.
Added a way to separate a packed texture into a new packed texture container.
Fixed an issue where merging a layer in a packed texture container would remove the packed textures with a different purpose.
